SA Homecare Therapies' Mission
We’re a team of mobile allied health professionals whose mission is to help older adults stay happy and healthy at home.
Our services include in-home physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, and dietetics.
Who We Help
We provide an in-home service to help older adults maintain their independence.
Our area of focus is helping Home Care Package recipients, providing Rehab In The Home to clients following orthopaedic surgery, providing Short Term Restorative Care, and helping Transition Care Program clients return home from hospital sooner.
Helping across South Australia
We provide services for clients in their own homes and retirement villages (and occassionally aged care facilities).
Our therapists live across all areas of Adelaide, the Fleurieu, and Hills regions. This means we can help older adults across SA maintain their independce and work on what’s most important to them… staying in their own home.
How we've built our team
Our recruitment focus is to bring on team members who have a genuine interest in helping older adults.
We provide a customised onboarding process to ensure our team members have the required knowledge and skills to succeed from the start. We then provide regular professional development (and social activities) to ensure our team are all happy and confident in their roles.
Supporting our therapists and clients
We believe in letting our team work to their strengths. To help achieve this we have a dedicated team of highly-skilled Therapy Coordinators to assist with booking appointments, therapist rostering, and providing customer support.
This allows our therapists to be therapists, and focus on what they’re best at.
